Just a few days ago my family and I made the trip up to Lynchburg, VA for me finally kick off my college years. It’s been an awesome first couple days just hanging out and getting to know a lot of the guys. Here’s a little look at the new crib for the next 10 months:

I honestly have no idea what these next few years at Liberty are going to look like, but I do know this: I know this is where God has me right now.

It’s kind of frustrating sometimes because God isn’t always a God of details. For example, when God calls Moses to go free his people from Egypt in Exodus 3 all he says to Moses is,

“So now, go. I am sending you to Pharaoh to bring my people the Israelites out of Egypt.”

God didn’t give him an outline of the trip or ten different steps to complete. He just said go. Moses didn’t know what the journey was going to look like but he did know that God told him to go.

And that’s where I am right now. I have no idea what these next couple years look like at LU, but I do know that it’s where God has me right now. And because I know it’s where God has me, I can be confident that the journey is going to be well worth it.

Obedience to God equals confidence in your situation.
